Q: Why must I confirm the request?
This is to allow us to verify that your email was entered correctly. Without this confirmation, the travel agents will reply to the wrong email address if there are typo errors. The travel agent won't see your request until you click on the confirmation link

Q: How do I know that my request has been confirmed?
When you click on the link on your email and you can see your request, it has been confirmed

Q: I want to make changes to my contact details
Do it on the enquiry message

Q: I can't see my enquiry.
Every enquiry has a unique link that was emailed to you to confirm your enquiry. Use that link to check on the status of your enquiry. If you have deleted the email, click My Enquiry to request for the link to be emailed to you again

Q: I can't get reminder link for my earlier requests.
The reminder only works for the latest request

Q: I did not get any replies.
The travel agents will either email or phone when they reply. You can check the status. If there are no travel agents listed, it means that none are able to meet to your request. On the other hand, if they have indicated Viewed or Replied, then do contact them. Their email may be wrongly marked as SPAM or their phone call was unanswered.
